We deliver Australia wide using either Allied Express, Toll or Couriers Please. Please note our couriers do not deliver to a PO Box address.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to selected cities and areas only. To check if your area is eligible for free shipping, simply use the shipping calculator available on the Product Page or within the shopping cart.

Delivery process

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, shipping details will be supplied so you can track your order online.

The courier driver will require a signature on delivery, so someone must be home to sign for the delivery.

If no one is home, a calling card will be left in your letter box with the courier's contact details. 
You will need to contact them to reschedule another delivery day.

Insurance during transit

All our products are fully insured for damages during transit. If your product is damaged on arrival, please notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. If the damage is clearly visible on arrival, please make a note of this on the delivery docket when signing for the delivery.

Store pickup

Pick up is available from our warehouse located in Sydney.

Unfortunately at this stage, we do not have any pick up locations outside of Sydney.

Television Grading

A+ Grade The item is like Brand New, its guaranteed not to have had prior use. It most likely has original plastic covers, labels, and accessories are all brand new. An item of this grading most likely has had carton damage and the product’s seal has been broken to inspect the condition of the content and under A+ Grade the item itself has no marks, damage or any other imperfections. Other than any warranty limitations outlined, this item will be similar to a Brand New item purchased

A Grade There are no cosmetic imperfections on the screen/panel. This TV is 100% free from any display defects such as dead pixels or other panel imperfections. An item graded as A are generally not previously used items but it is possible that it’s a change of mind in which case it may have very minor prior use. A very small % of A grades could have extensive use but appear in New condition and hence maintain an A grade. The grading doesn’t consider the stand, remote, back of the TV or minor imperfections on the frame (even though it is generally assumed that these accessories are also as New). If important then contact us to specifically discuss an individual's condition or make an appointment to inspect onsite.

B Grade This item has minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratch or rub mark on the screen/frame (check the listing for specific defects listed) but its free from any Panel fault (no dead Pixel, line defects or back lighting issues). Any defects on a B Graded TV will not interfere with the viewing experience. We generally do not sell B grade TVs
